This is my second or third purchase of Hellenia L-Proline and it is always reliable and good. According to Dr Josh Axe and others it, together with glycine, helps soothe and rebuild the lining of the gut - I live in hope!

Fairly easy to use
Would have been helpful to have a 2.5ml scoop as mentioned on the packaging supplied. It sticks a bit when getting out of the plastic scoop I use and is much sweeter than I had expected (probably a bonus compared to some things!) but easy enough to use and preferable to capsules full of fillers. If using scales will need ones that measure accurately under 1g as the electronic ones I have find it too light and fluffy to register property and go from 0-3g so stick to half a 5ml scoup
