Not impressed
I'm not impressed with this item for the price. The burner is ok, what you would expect from a cheap souvenir shop and a tiny bag of palo santo. No instructions...what the heck is the teeny tiny bag of sand for?.I would not recommend or if they continue to sell the price really should be about $12

Overly Priced Item
The burner is ok cost around maybe 9 or 10 dollar ... tiny bag of sand is about 1.75 and the palo santo is $2.50I will most likely return this since its definitely not worth 21.00Feels like a ripoff ...

Don’t buy from this shop.
As a new incense user, I should have read the reviews before buying this. I’m very disappointed. I’ll start with something good. The burner itself is nice to look at, and it has a few practical purposes for incense. The palo santo is also nice, though the origins might be questionable at best. As for everything else, the sand included in this package is awful. After one use of a charcoal disk, the sand turned into one solid piece. I ended up using normal sand instead, which I should probably use from now on to protect my burners. On top of that, the wooden coaster described in the package was missing when I received it. I won’t be buying from this shop again.
