Works well to a point
I drilled some holes (5/16") in sheet metal to attach casters to, and it left some pretty significant burrs. I tried this on it, and it really did a good job smoothing the circumference of the hole out. It also got a few of the smaller burrs. But it couldn't do anything to the larger ones. It was too much for it and it kept getting hung up and stopped. I had to use a combination of pliers and nippers to pull the larger burrs off. The handle is a nice aluminum, which I was happy with because in the picture, it didn't look as nice as it turned out to be. The blades spin freely, so I just swirled it around the hole. So, this is really good for small burrs, and smoothing out sharp edges, but don't expect it to deal with anything larger than something pretty small. I had to resort to a reamer to clean the hole more. But it has a place in the toolbox for sharp edges and probably would work a lot better with softer materials like plastic, PVC, aluminum or brass.

Not a consistent deburring tool.
It's decent on ABS and other types of plastic. You can see the mess it made of the copper terminal. I'm not sure if it's my technique limitations of the tool?I really like the robust aluminum handle. It feels hefty and well made. I used a deburr tool in a factory where we made aluminum parts brazed together. We would deburr the pieces then put a solder ring and heat them up via brazing. Those tools worked perfectly. This one? Not so much. It skids along the hole whether it's ABS or copper. I can't recommend this one.
