I bought this for my husband for a birthday present. It works so well (noisey), volume and base tones, that I make him keep it in his workshop! He is really pleased with it and says he can alter settings using his phone. Also he could have a light show like a club!!! The housing is very sturdy and I imagine would take a lot of rough use. A really good buy and a reasonable price for such high definition sound. Just don't keep it in your house if you want a bit of peace 😉

I’ve been using the Soundcore Anker Boom 2 Plus for a while now, and overall it’s a really impressive outdoor speaker. The sound quality is powerful and clear, with strong bass that you can actually feel—BassUp 2.0 makes a noticeable difference, especially for outdoor use. It gets very loud (140W) without distorting, which is perfect for gatherings, garden use, or the beach. The battery life is solid, easily lasting close to the advertised 20 hours depending on volume. Fast charging is a big plus, and the power bank feature is genuinely useful when you’re outdoors. I also like the IPX7 waterproof rating, which makes it stress-free around water, and the RGB lights add a fun vibe at night (though you can turn them off if you want to save battery). If I had to point out anything, it’s a bit bulky and heavy, so not the easiest to carry around for long distances—but that’s expected for the power it delivers. Overall, a great choice if you want loud, bass-heavy sound with durability for outdoor use. Definitely worth considering.

It has been over 6 months since I have received this speaker and thought it was time to leave a review. Purchased as an upgrade to the (frankly excellent) ‘motion +’. This is a beast of a speaker! If you are fan of bass heavy music, I can’t recommend this highly enough. Definitely fits into the party speaker category. I am yet to meet someone who isn’t noticeably blown away when the bass line kicks in, so much noise from a (relatively) small speaker. You can of course turn the thunderous bass off for a more mellow sound. Personally I leave it on regardless of the style of music (currently listening to a mix of 70’s and 80’s as i write, however also listen to alot of edm, rap ect) as I feel it adds warmth where it was otherwise lacking. The accompanying app allows you to adjust the equaliser to your own tastes, however I have found the ‘soundcore signature’ setting to be good enough that it doesn’t need tweaking (be aware of early reviews before a much welcome update which slated the sound quality, it’s far better now). My sons received the delivery for me so i told them to have a play with it, I received a text message a few minutes later simply saying “OH MY GOD”, the boys were very impressed by it’s ability to shake the house. All day battery life. I’ve never ran it out despite having it fairly loud and on for the majority of the day. Does take a fair while to charge up though. You can charge your phone or other devices from the usb-C port at the rear so it doubles as a power-bank should you need to charge an item whilst out and about. It has some nice lighting integrated with the passive radiators at the sides. These do a great job of adding a nice visual touch to the sound while they move and shake (quite aggressively at higher volumes) to the beat. Again, these can also be turned off, which in turn will increase your battery life. Waterproof. Personally I have never tested this claim, plenty of others have though so it’s nice to know you can have this at a pool or balanced on the edge of a hot-tub or even working in the rain and not have to worry in the slightest. As you can tell, I’m a fan. This goes in my subwoofer-less car and honestly does a great job at bridging that gap. It gets a lot of use as an indoor speaker, replacing the need for a larger hi-Fi system, and often goes on trips with us. So far it’s been flawlessly reliable, not once have I had an issue. This is my 3rd Soundcore speaker and by far the most impressive.

Incredible piece of kit, extremely loud, can't imagine you would ever need it above half volume. My favourite band in the world is THE PRODIGY so you can imagine i love my bass which this thing delivers in truck loads, even delivers at very low volume if you want which is unusual normally you woukd have to crank up the volume to get the bass to perform but not with this beast, the quality of the audio is excellent. If your not a bass fan then no problem at all bass can be turned off and the EQ is great for customising the sound to exactly what you want.... you can download the SOUNCORE app on to your phone and control the whole speaker system from there.... the dancing lights on both ends can be customised or turned completely off, I would recommend this for anyone that likes music, the battery life is brilliant you can see on the app exactly how much you have left... you can still use it while it's charging..

I’ve been using the Soundcore Anker Boom 2 Plus for a while now and I’m very happy with it. The sound is loud and clear with deep bass that really stands out, even outdoors. The battery easily lasts through long listening sessions, and the waterproof design gives me peace of mind when using it outside. Overall, it feels well built and delivers great performance for the price.

Rezension: Soundcore Boom 2 Plus – Guter Klang mit kleinen Schwächen Ich habe den Soundcore Boom 2 Plus nun seit einigen Tagen im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Der Klang ist bis zu mittlerer Lautstärke mit richtiger Einstellungen im Equalizer wirklich beeindruckend – klar, ausgewogen und mit einem angenehmen Bassfundament. Für den Alltag, ob drinnen oder draußen, liefert der Lautsprecher eine sehr gute Performance. Allerdings zeigt sich bei höherer Lautstärke eine kleine Schwäche: Das Gehäuse besteht komplett aus Plastik, inklusive der seitlichen Bass-Booster und das Gitter lässt die volle Kapazität vom Sound nur teils durch und ist nicht abnehmbar. Gerade diese Seitenflächen neigen bei kräftigem Bass dazu, leicht zu vibrieren und erzeugen ein starkes Brummen, ab höherer Lautstärke, aber die insgesamte Lautstärke ist Phänomenal. Das trübt den Klang etwas, wenn man den Lautsprecher voll aufdreht, der aber wiederrum bei Deaktivierung des Bass-Boost relativ besser wird. Aber – und das ist wichtig – mit den richtigen Equalizer-Einstellungen lässt sich das sehr gut ausgleichen. Die App bietet hier viele Möglichkeiten, den Sound individuell anzupassen. Wenn man sich ein bisschen Zeit nimmt, kann man den Boom 2 Plus klanglich richtig sehr gut optimieren. Für den Preis bekommt man ein starkes Gesamtpaket: Solider Klang, gute Akkulaufzeit, moderne Features (Powerbank) und ein stylisches Design. Wer nicht auf maximale Lautstärke aus ist, sondern Wert auf ausgewogenen Sound legt, wird hier definitiv glücklich. Tres tres satifait de cet achat..le son est nickel,les basses profonde,140w de plaisir,bonne autonomie...petite lanière livré avec pour l'emporter partout..cet enceinte portable est tout simplement ce qu'il me fallait..je recommande les yeux fermés..
