I think these are overhyped because of the co-brand owner. I didn’t notice any difference in 30 days. I’d prefer buying a female probiotic in Holland and Barrett with the penny sale for better value

I swear by these, honestly. They taste very good. Almost have a tropical flavor, which makes it fun. Most important, I do believe they work. Ive been taking them regularly for a few months now and my vaginal ph has been much more regular. Only thing I will tell you, is take one at a time to begin with or your stomach may be overwhelmed. So begin with one and then transition to two. Or you can do one in morning and one in evening. Either way works great! I will seriously never stop buying these! 😄
