The device came with a CD on which I assume the driver is located. However that doesn't work in my DVD drive and so far I can't locate the driver online. So it isn't working.

It took a little work to install the driver was an automatic windows “discovered” one. Once completed seems to work pretty well. I’ve had a few occasions where the resolution is limited to 800 x 600 but I haven’t determined why.

Bought 2 of them, one for each office location. The first one I bought worked for about 45 days then it died, the second one I did not get to plug in until after the 30 day return policy and it was actually DOA. They are cheap for a reason!!! Even the first one the picture was questionable for clarity and color, oh and every 30 mins or so it would blink completely out for a few seconds then come back on. Really just a LOW quality product.

The display, when using one device, allows a high resolution (1920x1080); meanwhile, having a second identical adapter attached to my laptop is lower than expected (1440x900 max). The screen flickers and is blank at higher resolutions, and still frequently flickers a lower res when a webpage is on each monitor. I don't game, nor did I buy these for gaming; however, if it flickers with a web page, they won't work with high intensity graphics.

I liked how easy it was to install the drive and plug in the adapter. Worked like a charm. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is not too tech savvy.

This Product can function, it's really weird though. When I plugged it into my USB it came with a software installation kit saved in it's memory, which was bizarre, but the software did it's job pretty well. One reboot and it can register any HDMI I put in. The problem: yes it can stream at 720p or 1080p but it has absolutely AWFUL frame rates. It's very glitchy, and not smooth; frames will be skipped and you'll get horizontal blurring lines from frame to frame like it's getting hijacked by a hacking villain from an early 90's anime. Gets the job done, doable for extending a screen but not great for watching something off your computer with any decent amount of quality.

Nice good and good quality. Before connecting just install software disc which will inside the box.
