I installed them in my gazebo and they work fine. Package arrived when promised and undamaged. I like the different dim/brightness settings.

We got these lights to hang on our gazebo when we are enjoying our hot tub. They are very pretty and easy to hang. Comes with a remote to control. I would purchase these again.

These are sturdy, I have them up year-round. I really like the dimmable feature (25/50/75/100) because I don't always want bright lights in the yard. I love the remote, overall very good product.

I purchased the 70 foot strings, they were overall actually a bit longer than advertised which is a pleasant surprise. No dead bulbs out of the box, but they come with a spare. I bought 8 strings, and the remote from one works on all the others. The strings are a bit tangled out of the box, but untangling them isn't too hard. The instructions are a bit hard to read and non-sensical. They do not tell you the maximum you can chain together, the instructions just say to keep it "reasonable". As long as they are telling the truth, each bulb draws 0.2W and there are 19 on a string, so about 4W per string and a single transformer can supply 24W, so about 6 strings max. I broke it out into 2 sets of 4 strings to not run any one transformer too hard. If you are running these as a string between 2 points, like say between your house and a tree or between 2 trees, run a rope first then attach the hoop on each bulb to the rope. Using a single hoop from a bulb on each end is not strong enough, they're just rubber and break off easily.

honestly i don't want to write a bad review but i thought these would be fantastic because of the price and features. a perfect weird length too.first off as soon as I got it i went back and looked at reviews again and saw the photo someone else posted with the entire outlet and extension cord burned and melted. unfortunately I own the same extension cord which is a super common outdoor proof and immediately was terrified. When i opened the box I plugged them in and was so excited and they worked so well, fun with the remote too! So i spent several hours trying to find a way to wrap my porch railings and when i finally plugged them.. the remote isn't controlling them!!! i kept testing to make sure i was pointing it at the remote sensor and the cord shocked the heck out of me! no go for me.

Love the remote! Works perfectly on my condo balcony. Love the 4 settings for brightness. Will buy another one for my other balcony. Great price! And they look great.
