I wanted to like this product soooo much! Very frustrating! Loved how it set up, the way it hung and ease of use, but!!!! The power was so poor, it wouldn’t clean a thing!! I started with the mid level, returned that and then went to the 3800psi version and all the same. It was never over 1000 psi. I found a you tube video where a power wash guy tested the Giraffe products and it was the same. He said it was the worst washer he had ever tested. He put an actual gauge on the end and couldn’t break 1000psi with the smallest single stream end.The only saving grace was that they took the returns with no fuss and a customer service person reached out and tried to play nice, so I appreciated that.Poorly made pump!!!

I will never own anything else. No more dragging one around the house or the shop. You don't have to roll up hoses anymore, and it has plenty of pressure to it to do everything I need in one location with a long enough hose.

So far it’s a good pressure washer. Used it once. The pressure is certainly not as high as advertised. Time will tell on its quality. It’s mounted under a covered patio out of direct sunlight & rain. Easy to mount & connect.

Originally, I left a 1-star review after our pressure washer failed within 30 minutes of first use — the unit started leaking internally, and the hose burst immediately. We were so disappointed after spending time mounting it, setting it up perfectly, and preparing to put it to good use.However, I’m now updating my review to 5 stars because the manufacturer completely turned the experience around. They responded quickly, handled the issue professionally, and sent us a replacement without hassle. The new unit works perfectly, and we’re very satisfied customers. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference!

Works really well. It installs easy and is always available easy to grab and do a big or a small job.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a unit that would mount on my garage wall and run on electricity. After many many searches and many reviews, I realize there weren’t a lot of choices. Giraffe seems to have almost a monopoly on this product. Unfortunately, the quality seems to be hit or miss. The reviews were mostly good so I went ahead and pulled the trigger. When I received my unit and plugged it in, water started gushing out from inside the unit. Luckily I wasn’t standing near it or a mid and an electrocuted as it is an electric unit. Furthermore as these units are not supposed to be taken apart, I knew something inside had broken that was not gonna be able to be fixed. I saw other reviews that were similar to mine. I was just hoping I wouldn’t be one of those as well. Steer clear. This unit is too expensive to be breaking right out of the box.
