Color and brightness are very good. The Android TV OS makes it easy to use and connect to WiFi. During installation, you will be asked to choose between a wall mount or a stand. It comes with a fixed wall mount, but there is enough space to plug in cables, USB, or a pendrive easily. Sound is not top-notch out of the box, but I’m still exploring the sound settings. The service person, Mehul, was very professional and explained everything clearly during installation and demo. He also shared useful tips on how to take care of the TV.

Almost I used 1year . There is no issue . I got it in 36k last year .earlier I was Kotak QLED Tv. It got damage automatically which was not repairable . I had given the best review for kotak tv when I bought it . But with in a year it damaged . Finally I decided to for the best tv brand like sony . After 1year only I am adding my review . Got delivered TV on next day after placing order and Installation team visited and fitted TV on same day * Got 3 year warranty Cons * Third party apps i could not able to find way to bring them on homepage. I will keep searching the way * Electric consumption and Rating is very low. It 2 Star TV- Not expected this from Sony - at list needed 3 Star * Switching AV content (Cable TV) looks little old school. Everything should be managed from Sony TV remote.
