Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend

I have been using besti in my morning Greek yogurt as a sweetener instead of honey or maple syrup ever since I found out that I have insulin resistance. It truly tastes delicious, without the after taste of Stevia or other sweeteners. This has been a repeat purchase for me and I will continue buying it! Texture is a fine powder, easily mix in.

Sweet and won't raise your blood sugar. Allulose and Monk Fruit, that's as good as it gets. No erythritol or xylitol

Finally, a sugar alternative that does not leave that annoying cooling sensation in your mouth! Everything I baked with erythritol left that sensation and it was horrible! My cookie should not seem as if I added mint to it when I didn't. This sugar substitute truly does not have an aftertaste, which is very refreshing to find one that doesn't. The product is expensive compared to some others made with erythritol but so very worth it. I will be using it sparingly as I paid $15 for a 12-ounce bag. Thank you Wholesome Yum for a better alternative to erythritol based sugar substitutes.

Sad because this product works GREAT and really tastes just like sugar, but it messes with my digestion. I saw other reviews that said the same thing and thought "oh, but surely that won't be me"...unfortunately, it was. I won't go into detail, but it wasn't pretty. I still would recommend trying it because it totally works.
