Fit an existing 17mm ball mount I had perfectly. Has what appears to be a piece of silicone where the ball goes in which aids in non-movement, a nice touch I thought. Friction rotation of the magnet ring seems to hold in place well. A short ride showed no movement and my Galaxy s22 ultra held well.I got this for a mild adjustment to that "just right" spot for my phone. So far, I am very happy I did, we'll have to wait and see if time tells a different story, but I don't think it will. Well made. Includes a metal ring if you don't already have magsafe compatibility.

This mount was much beefier than I expected it to be. I used the 17mm ball mount base from Tackform in my 21 F150 and it fits and tightened down perfectly. If you are planning to use this set up in a 21+ F150 it has plenty of clearance for the column shifter.The magnet ring swivels and is on there pretty tight. Once you get it in the position you want, the phone won’t flop over while driving and stays put. The magnet itself is also very strong and works great with my MagSafe case.Very happy with this purchase so far and would recommend it. I will update this review if I have any issues with it down the road.

I ordered three different mounts to try and this is the one I ended up keeping, fit perfect on my rennline BMW G20 mount,has great magnet strength and I love that you can move it to exactly where you need it. Feels like good quality.

Works perfectly with the course motor sports mount that has a 17mm ball and coated half the price they were asking for theirs. I like how it has a large range of motion

I have a magsafe phone mount in my truck but I wanted it to sit a little higher on the dashboard. I saw this item on Amazon and thought this would be perfect for what I needed and it was. I was able to replace my old MagSafe mount with this one as it was also a 17mm ball. Note that this mount does not come with a stand/mounting point. You need to have something that already has a 17mm ball. After installing I was able to rotate the ring to a higher position and it has n't disappointed me after a few days of use.

I used this with a flexible arm to secure my phone in my truck. The magnets were more than strong enough to hold the phone. I wasn't able to completely tighten the socket on the back despite the ball on the arm being exactly 17mm. While it did seem to hold position ok, it could be moved without too much effort.

Fit's my dash mount and is so amazing. It articulates in a way that no other magnetic mount on the market can articulate. Once you tighten the ball mount, you can angle the magnetic circle in any direction which is so useful. At times I want my phone landscape, and to move it off center, then back to portrait again. This mount makes it possible. It's also got a very strong magnet!!
