Mine immediately sinks to the bottom. It never lowers from above and it never rises out of the water.?** A: Thanks for asking, I'm afraid the Magnetic Post was out of order accidentally. Here are the steps to fix: 1. Please unplug the teapot and then plug it back in. You will hear a beep. 2. Then press and hold the "Hot Water", "Tea Types" and "Strength/Keep Warm" buttons simultaneously, and release them after hearing the beep. Please see attached picture. 3. Finally, you can select the tea brewing program according to the normal process and test whether the tea basket will automatically rise and fall. If these steps won't help, please feel free to contact our support team for proper help, thanks again. -- Razorri Support Team **Q: How can I get it to reach 212 degrees? My kettle boils and boils and doesn't go over 200 degrees so it can't progress to make black tea.** A: Thanks for asking, please kindly understand the boiling point for high altitude location is lower than 200 degrees that can't reach 212 degrees. If your location IS high altitude, I'm afraid that would need to manual adjust the the temperature 200 degrees for boiling or making black tea. However, if your location is NOT high altitude, sincerely hope you can kindly provide the troubleshooting to our support team for certain help, thanks again. -- Razorri Support Team **Q: Can the custom temperature setting be set to 105 for baby formula?** A: Thanks for asking, YES, the custom temperature range is 105F - 212F, so you may feel to set 105F to boil water for baby formula (but please kindly understand don't let the baby formula gets touched with the bottom of the kettle in case the protein in it hurt the stainless steel.) Any further concerns, please feel free to contact our support team for certain help, thanks again. -- Razorri Support Team **Q: What is the minimum amount of tea you can make? Can you brew just a single cup?** A: Hi, thanks for asking, the minimum amount of tea is as the main photo show with the MIN line: 17OZ/0.5L. Any further concerns, please feel free to contact our support team for proper help, thanks. -- Razorri Support Team ## Frequently Bought Together - Razorri Electric Tea Maker 1.7L with Automatic Infuser for Tea Brewing, Stainless Steel Glass Kettle, Presets for 5 Tea Types and 3 Brew Strengths, 24 Hour Delayed Start, Keep Warm Setting - Tiesta Tea - Top 8 Favorites Loose Leaf Sampler Dry Flight Set - High to No Caffeine - Makes Hot & Iced - Assorted Sets with Herbal, Black, Fruit Teas & More - 8 Resealable Sample Pouches - Teabloom Perfect Measure Loose Leaf Tea Spoon - Premium Quality Stainless Steel Tea Scoop – Tea Connoisseur's Choice --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/630764176-razorri-electric-teapot-1-7-liter-64-oz-stainless-steel](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/630764176-razorri-electric-teapot-1-7-liter-64-oz-stainless-steel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
