A after using three units of Philips steam irons now I ordered this black and dekar steam iron and got an awesome product. Thanks for producing such a great value product. The company has really done a working piece with value for money comma quality heavyweight steam iron. We are glad to share this review the product is really a recommendable item. It's v value for money and sturdy in quality. Really a great item make in India.

First of all, the product black & Decker. I am very happy with this product, when I read the comments or reviews of this product everyone got the damaged product. I was wondering whether I ll get good one or damaged piece but I got the good product only. When it comes to product The performance is so good, it is a stream iron, it has water sprinkles it is required when they are wrinkles little bit and it has an adjustment for sprinkles also. And there is 200ml measuring cup that is jar to pour water in it It has auto cut off system. It has stream provider which easily removes the wrinkles with the help of stream It is 2400w, it has stream bursting function and spray function, 380ml large water tank for added convenience, vertical steam ideal for all fabrics and saves time, it has self clean function to reduces scale build up. It has ceramic sole plate It is a little bit weigh easy to use. Blue color so beautiful Highly recommended Worth buying.

The iron is very okayish.. nothing that other irons cant do.. But the problem is once you require service.. There are no proper service centers for black and decker in Ahmedabad. Plus the one who has a tie up with company goes by the name of prince electronics is a small time shop with no proper knowledge of repair. They block ur contact, ask you for pickup and drop of ur products, dont repair the product and claim that it is done. So kindly look into after sales service as well as the product you are opting for, was enlightened after suffering Cause once ur product requires repair, the after sales service part comes into play and that is pathetic for black and decker.

It is an excellent product. I had the same one earlier but it was dropped by me daughter and it broke. So I again went for the same one as my previous experience was really good.

One of the best product with good price

Bought iron in Jun 2022 Very good product manufactured. In Dec 2023 iron stopped working, request in the service center was raised. the issue was reported, regular follow-up by the Black and Decker team from Banglore was done. Now the sad part the service Partner- Reyansh Enterprises In Thane- Maharashtra took us for granted. Changed the sole plate, but the Iron kept leaking The technician came again for repair, but the issue persisted Later after multiple follow-ups, finally the Iron was taken to the service center. The service center not responded for 14 days, No idea about the Iron. Finally, Iron was delivered, but the condition was poor due to multiple time openings or Iron. When we asked the technician to start and show no dripping, the issue was the same no change. Somehow technicians fixed the issue, working fine for the last 10 days, but not the same as the OEM condition. Service partner's greed for money and unethical practices will kill these awesome brands in India. I've been using black-and-decker products for the last 15 years and never faced issues.

Writing this review after less than a weeks use.The product is very good looking and superb ergonomics. The temperature control disk has a nice tactile feedback and looks solid. Good steam delivery and plenty (99)steam holes with the right heft, make ironing a enjoyable task. This is supposed to be a newer model...but nothing in the description or specifications given a clue as what's the difference/improvement between this model and the older model ( X2150 IN). In the older model , Almost 90% of reviews complained about receiving the filler jar in cracked condition..But the new model which i purchased also came with the mug cracked....just threw it out in disgust....I would have expected the manufacturer to take note and atleast improve the quality of the filler jar /mug in the new model.. I feel it would have been better for Black+Decker not to include such a cheap quality plastic mug ...it sort of casts doubt on the quality of plastics used on the main iron... Though the iron looks sturdy and well made,the steam control plastic knob seems to look fragile and of delicate design, this is the only part that does not look sturdy on the main iron. Normally I would not have nitpicked on this issue...but the attitude of Black & decker not having paid heed to hundreds of review on the cracked mug & the issue still continuing with the new model makes me wonder if the company is serious. The sole plate is slightly smaller ( by 1 cm) compared to my earlier super glide Morphy Richards. One of the main reasons I went for this model was it's automatic shutoff feature,in case the iron is left on for more than 8 minutes ,35gm/min steam delivery,10amp plug and 99 steam holes. I only hope the steam control knob is of strong plastic and lasts as long as the other parts of the iron. If Black& decker pays attention to customer feed back and reviews and improves..this product can give stiff competition to all the irons out there. One last thing ....I ordered this product during the amazon freedom Amazon sale( 9th Aug to 12th Aug) for Rs.2600/- A few hours after placing the order during the sale period , the prices were once again slashed by another 100 to 150Rs... Never expected this from amazon...This benefit was not passed on automatically..I could have cancelled and rebooked to avail the further discount..but did not do it as I had earlier cancelled once because nowhere in the specs it was clear what type of plug( 10 amps or 15amps is required)later got confirmation that it needs the smaller 10 amp sockets normally common in all households.
