I am very satisfied with this juicer and have recommended this to others. ### ⭐ First Use-Parts not working properly *by A***Z on March 4, 2025* I really wanted to love and use this item. We applied the parts correctly per the manual and even after trouble shooting, the item does not work properly. The part that holds the fruit and the base seem to not connect properly so when the blades turn, you hear the parts two parts grinding/clicking and it appears it wants to break off. I purchased this in October 2024 for my husbands birthday and we had our baby the same time. He didn't open the item until a month after after due to first baby nights being really rough and he works two jobs, so he is non stop on the go and I am not thinking about juicing with a newborn (sleepless nights). Unfortunately, by the time we started using it, it was already past the refund date.
