Compost Bins Outdoor

I love this fairley easy to assemble it holds my rain water great.

Easy to put up and sturdy enough to stay up. Large enough for someone who composts a lot.

It works, but it doesn’t work well if there was not much compose in it. The sticks is weak and not stand still and easy to break by wind.

No instructions on how to set up where.are poles to set up, nothing on where clamps go.NOTHING. NOT IMPRESSED

Easy to set up, easy to stir. Lightweight and inexpensive.

Way to flimsy, littlest wind blew it over, not recommended

I have long been planning to create a composting area in my yard but I was waiting for a bin I thought would work. I have a smaller space for the bin so the idea of an adjustable composter was quite attractive. I didn't care much about looks as this will be more or less in a hidden area of my yard. The compost bin comes tightly rolled up and the plastic didn't want to cooperate with me. It kept rolling up on itself so I loosely rolled it the other way, weighed it down with rocks and gave up for the day. I was able to assemble the bin the next day after the plastic had relaxed a bit. It still wasn't the easiest thing to assemble by myself -- a second pair of hands would have been helpful while trying to attach the ends together. It did eventually get put together and moved to the area where I'd planned to put it and I had to unclip it and adjust the size downward, but it wasn't a huge effort. Nice that it does adjust! It isn't very attractive but it's not massively ugly either. And it really didn't matter because of where I placed it. The sides still feel a bit unsupported despite the rods but I suppose it will be more rigid as it fills up. It does seem like it will last, however, just as long as the poles that somewhat support the sides remain intact. I am also a bit concerned about it blowing away in one of our big windstorms so I'm staking it down around the bottom to avoid the problem. It's in an area that's mostly protected from the stronger winds, but I want to be extra careful because this thing doesn't weigh much at all and would probably end up in the next county if not staked and in a protected area. For an inexpensive open compost bin, this isn't bad. If you're aware of the issues with assembling the bin, it may just be the right choice for you. I am pleased with mine now that it's assembled... we'll see how it holds up. I will update this review if I experience any issues with it.

This is working perfectly for our compost! It holds so much! It is great!!
