I already take magnesium so when it was suggested I get this I was a little skeptical it would make a difference. Boy was I wrong. It helps to calm the the pain and spasms in my lower back and down my legs. It even helps when my ankle swells that I had surgery on many years ago. Which is still ch a wonderful blessing. The only not thing I dislike is the roller balls. They give a nice massage but don’t put enough of the cream on to stop the problems.

First off this magnesium lotion has a strong methol scent that I don't mind. It reminds me of classic pain cream. The cream itself is nice and creamy and spreads easily on the skin. As far as pain management I didn't find that it works well for me in that regard. I didn't notice much relief or easing of the pain when it was applied. However, when I applied it to the bottoms of my feet as a sleep aid it worked nicely. I slept more solidly and didn't wake up nearly as much as I normally do. I will say my feet did feel slightly sticky in the morning but nothing to worry about. So I say this is great for sleep but not as great for pain management.

Love this product - works fast on a bad muscle cramp and is not overly smelly!! But I wish the company had not changed the packaging- I really liked the old applicator - was more compact!

This cream is good for nearly instant relief but I didn’t care for the new tube with the metal rollers. It’s hard to get the cream up to the rollers. The old style bottle - kinda like an old style roll on deodorant worked great. Not sure why they changed it up. Why fox it if not broken. Anyways will have to reconsider next time I want something similar- likely chosing another vendor

i’m glad i got this magnesium and sore muscle relief lotion. one of the pics shows directions which say there’s a rollerball applicator; there isn’t; this is a regular tube of cream. i've used it a few times and will continue to use it occasionally, mainly after hard running. my skin absorbs it quickly and it doesn’t leave any residue. it smells like bengay and has the cooling sensation typical of stuff with menthol. it’s currently listed at over $22 for 5oz, which seems expensive.

I have a pinched nerve and bulging in my neck, so some days it just feels stiff and sore. I've loved using this lotion -- it smells better than IcyHot, but has a nice cooling sensation as you rub it in that leaves you feeling relaxed. It is absorbed easily into the skin and leaves no residue after.

I found this product did absolutely nothing.
