Is the output flare fitting removable so I can install an NPT fitting?

The flare fitting is not removable. It is fixed.

The gauges comes with the calibration certificate each?

I do not remember receiving calibration certificates with the regulator, so I believe the answer is no.

The regulator has 1/4 flare end, so I need the hose that would fit that. Which hose would fit? How could I find out?

You can remove the 1/4" flare connection and that will leave a female 1/4 N.P.T on the reg. 1/4 N.P.T is readily at any hardware store then adapt to any hose you want

What is the maximum output Delivery Pressure of this regulator?

That máximum pressure output is 400 psi...
