I received this wt320clL waste toner box and installed it into my mfc-l8900cdw printer right away. It was recognized immediately. I was a bit worried about lines appearing on my prints, but nothing happened. After doing some research, I learned that lines are usually caused by the toner or drum unit, not the waste toner box. I've now been using it for a long time with no issues at all, and the print quality is great. Will definitely buy again!

Sent a used product
This product was suppose to be new. Got it and put in my printer and the printer still was saying it was full. IT came out and said that the cartridge was full of toner. IT guy said it looked like it was used, cleaned and then sent back out. It also didn't come in the box shown on the page. DONT BUY THIS!
