This thing is amazing. I recently started having back pain a few months after a minor fender bender, in which I was the front seat passenger. As I said it appeared very minor, but after a few weeks I started having back pain, which was very odd, as I never had any sort of back pain before. I went to the doctor and had a x-ray taken, and then a few weeks later had a MRI, at which point I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in my spine. I was pretty devastated to learn this fact; within maybe, 6 months, my back pain grew more severe and appeared to be getting worse. There were a few days where things were very rough and the pain was horrible... I had heard of a TENS unit before, but never had any experience with using one or anything like that. Around this time I had got a new girlfriend and she has a mild form of scoliosis that causes her pain and she had a TENS unit; I was staying the night over and I had fallen asleep with the arm of the couch slightly digging into my side as I fell asleep watching a movie with my girl laying on me... So I had her body weight, on top of my body weight, on top of the arm of the couch. Well, I woke up a few hours later and I had literally the worst pain in my back I had ever felt. It was so bad to ine point where I at first I thought it was a horrible stomach/side ache. Eventually, I realized that the pain was coming from my back. It was about 3:00 in the morning and I had to get my girlfriend a ride at 6:00 a.m. I really, really needed to go back to sleep but I was in such pain and she had offered to allow me to use her TENS unit to see if it would help. I put it on and oh my God, that thing was a lifesaver!! After wearing it for maybe 10 minutes I was able to fall asleep. After that, I was completely sold. Immediately, the next day, I got onto Amazon and searched up a TENS unit and I found this model,(my girlfriend has a different model; an older model that takes a 9 volt battery) this model I really liked because it is able to be recharged with a common USB-c cord. To me that was huge because I knew I was going to be using this quite frequently and I didn't want to have to keep buying batteries for the thing. This model also is more powerful than the model she had and has more modes. It is the same size as her model though, which is very small, smaller than the size of an old school Walkman. Very easy to use and it has a clip on the back so you can clip it to your shorts or your waistband while you are using it. It really feels great on achy muscles and is rather enjoyable. I Like that it also comes with a carrying case to keep it safe. This thing is a lifesaver for anybody with chronic pain, especially when Ibuprofen and Tylenol, and muscle relaxers aren't doing the trick. A really awesome, non pharmaceutical method of pain relief which I highly recommend to anybody who has significant pain. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Absolutely worth it. The variety and intensity of the of variety is awesome. The charge stays good for a long time. Only draw back not enough pads. But those can be bought from Amazon. 5 stars because it's that GOOD. Helps with my pains all over. Also has been helping me with lymphatic system. Everyday use.

It works great, and very easy to set up

This TENS unit works alot better than the unit I got from my doctor. The AUVON TENS unit delivers more power and intensity that I need for deep muscle stimulation. I have semitendinosus, biceps femoris (hamstrings), and posterior femoral cutaneous nerve injury on my right upper leg and I used this TENS unit for 30 minutes and I will tell you it delivered the deep intensity and power I need to stimulate those muscles and tendons. I woke up this morning without pain. I will continue to use it daily along with physical therapy. This product is USB rechargeable no batteries needed. I have morr settings than the one I got from my doctor and the carrying hard case it comes in is travel friendly. I fully recommend this product.

I hurt both my shoulder and my knee area after a fall. My calf , shin, knee area felt panful but I did not have bruise marks showing and same with my shoulder. I had experience with this type of application in the past at physical therapy so I thought I would give this smaller version a try. Wow! I am amazed how much power this little version puts out. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised how the battery does not wear down quickly. The sticky pads work very well even though being attached to wires makes it a bit cumbersome you can still move around if you need to because the head unit is so small it will fit in a pocket. It has helped me and I believe it is expediting the pain dissipation. I am using less and less now and hopefully will not need it at all soon but it was more than helpful to me and worth the money for sure! I left all default settings so I just hold the turn on button for 3 seconds then turn up the juice to my tolerance and let it go 20minutes but sometimes I add a bit more juice part way through. Happy I got it.

These worked well for us; easy to use, long lasting battery after initial charge. In my case my lower back went out; so much so it was difficult to walk, condition persisted over a week. Tried all the normal treatments. Epsom salt baths, pain creams, but back stayed painful. Found this device, read the reviews, and ordered it. Actually read the manual before use, it is really easy to use. I applied the large pads to either side of lower back, ran it at level 21 in normal mode. Repeated same after warm shower for 2 days in a row, on the 3rd day back pain completely gone, and has not returned. Wife suffers from leg pain, used smaller pads, applied to area of pain at level 22 for 15 minutes. Afterwards no pain. in that area. It comes in a nice plastic box with everything you require, easy for us to take on trips, and use anywhere.

Dear team The device worked well without any problems until today. During normal use, the (+) button suddenly stopped working and no longer responds, while the rest of the device still works. I would like to contact the seller to arrange sending the device for inspection and repair under warranty, if applicable.
