My son is 2 and huge. The size of a four year old. He can still use this bike, but his knees are all bent and squished up. Still lots of fun. I wish we had bought it sooner for him when he was smaller.You cannot adjust the seat, so it’s one size only. Would be perfect for 18month old. Very sturdy and doesn’t tip.

The only issue we had was during installation where the instructions specifically lay out how to do this. When putting the handle bars on, if you have an issue with it coming loose - just turn the handlebars 180 degrees and try again. Ours was facing the wrong way. Other than that user error, we love this thing and so does our kiddo. She’s tall for her age but she couldn’t fully touch the floor at first, but even with her tippy toes she was able to scoot around easily. I’d say the handlebars are hard for a toddler to be able to turn, but overall we really enjoy watching her roll around the house in it. Good quality, color is great. Great buy.
