I’m a 74 year old woman who has tried MANY supplements to help with inflammation and energy etc. I started this 3 days ago and I feel that years have melted away already! I was sold to this product after listening to Dr Bryan explaining how important it was . However after purchasing the sublingual tablets I read the other ingredients and am not going order any more since he added mannitol microcrystalline cellulose Dextrin maltodextrin and natural flavors that can be anything . He should go back to drawing board and find a cleaner way to combine NO

Not my 1st. order. NOT sure if helping or not. I can say for certain they have not helped my sleep , nor energy level. I am going to try one more month. IF I can not tell some measurable change I will stop taking them. They seem to have a lot of science behind them or I would have never spent the $$$. n

I had high hopes for this product and was really looking forward to its benefits, especially based on the doctor’s video and detailed instructions. Unfortunately, I experienced a severe reaction almost immediately. After the first lozenge, my tongue started burning. By the third one, the burning became intense, and my tongue actually started bleeding. I stopped using it right away. It's been three days since, and while the symptoms have lessened, I still feel discomfort. I followed all instructions exactly as described. I understand every body reacts differently, but this was a very painful and unexpected experience for me. It’s also worth noting that the vendor does not accept returns, but thankfully Amazon issued a refund. I genuinely wish this had worked for me, but unfortunately, it caused more harm than good.
