Designed to fit most standard chairs, it offers adjustable intensity and multiple massage zones to relieve tension and improve blood flow, making it ideal for home or office use. ## Description Bring a customizable massage experience to your favorite chair with the COMFIER shiatsu back massager with heat. Designed as a massage chair pad for home or office use, it combines deep kneading shiatsu, rolling, vibration, and soothing heat to help you unwind after long periods of sitting. Choose full back massage or focus on the upper back or lower back, then use SPOT massage to keep the kneading action on a specific area. The flexible massage positions make this back massager for chair use easy to personalize for different preferences and body heights. An extra flap lets you adjust how strongly the kneading nodes feel against your back. Use the flap for a gentler massage or remove it when you prefer a more direct shiatsu feel. The full back heating pad can also operate independently, so you can enjoy warmth even when the massage functions are off. Made to fit most standard-size sofas, recliners, and office chairs, this chair massager pad offers a practical alternative to a full massage chair. It brings together the search features customers look for in a shiatsu back massager, back massager with heat, lower back massager, seat massager, and office chair massager in one compact chair pad. ## Features - 4-in-1 shiatsu massage for your back: Comfier shiatsu back massager with heat combines deep kneading, rolling and vibration massage for a customizable back massage. Because body height and seated position vary, the neck nodes may contact different areas for different users. We recommend adjusting your sitting position or chair setup for a more comfortable fit. **Q: Can I adjust the massage position on my back?** A: Yes. For the back massage, you can use the Spot function together with the up/down arrow buttons to move the massage heads to the desired position. You can also select Full Back, Upper Back, or Lower Back massage areas. **Q: Is the neck cover washable?** A: Yes. The neck cover is detachable and washable. The main unit should not be machine washed or immersed in water. **Q: What should I do if the Shiatsu massage feels too strong?** A: Install the removable intensity-control flap for a softer massage. If you still find the Shiatsu too intense, place a folded towel or blanket between your back and the massager to further reduce pressure. **Q: Why did the massager suddenly stop after about 15 minutes?** A: This is normal. The massager has a 15-minute automatic shut-off for safety. Let the unit rest before restarting. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super comfortable to fall asleep *by on Reviewed in India 13 August 2026* It's a sleep wizardVery comfortable, mildly hot and enough vibrations to make u fall asleepWould have been great if comfier had provided with case to store the mat. ### ⭐⭐ Product not upto the mark *by on Reviewed in India 12 August 2026* Product not to the mark ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best massager *by on Reviewed in the United States 10 September 2026* This is a fantastic back and neck massager! It combines shiatsu and rolling massage with heat and three vibration modes. You can choose to massage the upper back, lower back, or the full back, and you can also stop the rollers in one spot for a targeted massage, which is a real plus. The top of the mat has two cone-shaped massage nodes designed to target the neck, shoulders, and head. I especially like that the neck and main body massage areas operate independently, so you can use either one on its own or both at the same time. This makes it easy to target exactly the areas that need attention. It also comes with a large flap that covers the massage nodes and softens the intensity if needed. I prefer using it without the cover for a deeper massage, while my son prefers using the cover for a gentler experience. It is wonderful! Everyone in my home loves it. You could buy several different massagers to target all the different areas of your upper body, but this one covers most of them in a single unit. It is comfortable, relaxing, and provides a great variety of massage options. I am very pleased with this purchase and think it is a good value. ## Frequently Bought Together - COMFIER Shiatsu Back Massager with Heat, Deep Kneading & Rolling Massage Chair Pad, Chair Massager for Office Home Use, Gift for Dad Mom - 12V Car Adapter for All Comfier Neck Back Massage Cushion Cigarette Lighter Car Charger Adapter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/630481392-comfier-shiatsu-back-massager-with-heat-massage-chair-pad-chair](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/630481392-comfier-shiatsu-back-massager-with-heat-massage-chair-pad-chair) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
