So, I’d read the reviews prior to purchasing the honey and knew that it was given to crystallization. However, I was under the impression that would take some time…but I was wrong! My honey minis arrived crystallized. I didn’t necessarily think that was a big deal since the honey melted when I squeezed it into my hot tea. I figured I could just put the packets in some warm water and that would return the honey to a drizzle. That hunch was substantiated when I went to Nate’s website where they address the crystallization (I’ll paste the bullet points below). PERFECT to bring on hikes, bike rides, runs and any other activity where your body might need a quick boost. I never worry about them tearing open when in my pocket or backpack. A bit expensive for my liking but convenience and quality come with a price. Great taste too!
