Perfect for what I needed. Relief!! So much relief. Easy to use; battery compartment was fine. No issues. Love the storage bag. Durable and comfortable enough.

This fits on our toilet well, and folds up neatly for storage in the bag that it comes with.When turned on, it does send a gentle stream of water up, and overall, this is very comfortable to sit on. It does shift around, but once you full sit, it stays put. It's also easy to drain and clean. However, the gentle stream doesn't feel as good as just sitting and soaking does. It's so gentle that you hardly feel it, which is good if you're in pain, but it's not the same as fully submerging the area.That being said, you could simply not use the sprayer and fill this up higher and just soak. Much better than the kitchen bowl that we had to steal and use for this purpose. And the fact that it folds up and has a storage bag is great. The only downside to just using it to soak is that, unlike a regular bowl, you cannot send this through the dishwasher or submerge and soak it in the sink. And for almost $40, that's a very expensive bowl if you're not using the streaming function.

I travel a lot in a truck camper and I don't always have access to washing my private parts easily. This sitz bath has been very helpful for me to wash quickly using warm water. It fits well on my toilet. And as so many reviewers have mentioned the battery cover is iffy and needs a huge modification on the manufacturer's part. I too placed electrical tape over it to prevent it from opening up at the wrong time. I like that it came with a cover so I can easily store it. I'm just glad that I found this and will be able to use it while I'm out on the road.

There are lots of improvements that can be made with this product however for the price I think it does a great job.Let’s talk about the good part:1. The water pressure is fairly decent and it can produce the calming effect especially with warm water and epsom salt.2. The battery system is pretty good so there is no hassle of charging.3. It fits on most bathrooms and it can hold the weight pretty well.What can be improved?1. The sturdiness can certainly be improved with it. It’s plastic so I can’t speak of its longevity.2. There is a risk of water coming in touch with the battery compartment and thus it can stop running. This is a compromise which again can affect its longevity. That’s why cleaning this can be tricky.3. I truly think there should be more option of water pressure. I need something high pressure but this thing is one speed.It’s fairly easy to use with no manuals needed. It can be stored easily thus making it versatile. For $39, you are getting something very helpful and valuable so I can’t complain much. I think it provides the right value for money.

When you sit it moves to one side. You have to sit still in order to stay in place. It needs to have wider sides to sit well on toilet. The battery box back keeps on falling off into the toilet. I had to put tape.

I'd never used a sitz bath and was curious. I'm in my eighties and thought it might help with a couple of issues. This sitz bath was easy to set up and use. It fit the toilet fine. The spray was gentler than I expected, which is good thing. After the initial use, the battery-cover almost fell off. Fortunately, the batteries fit tightly in the compartment. Whether or not I'll benefit from using a sitz bath remains to be seen; I'm still able to jump into the bathtub shower.

I have one almost identical with the exception that it uses a hand (manual) pump. While the manual one works well, I thought the battery operated would be easier to use when my arthritic hands are acting up. This unit is helpful on those days even though the water doesn't reach as I expected it to. As others mentioned the battery cover is iffy and there is concern in may fall in. I have not had it fall in, but I put a small piece of heavy tape over part of it before using the bath. I remove it when cleaning the unit afterwards. Saves me from having to fish in the toilet to retrieve it or worry about it. I appreciate the unit comes with a bag to store it in. Since the bath collapses to only about 2.5 deep it fits perfectly. Also included is a lightweight hook and a user manual. Made in China.

I ordered this sitz bath to help heal a long-standing fissure. Each time I used the bathroom over the last few months, the fissure would open up and bleed quite badly. Needless to say, I grew tired of the pain and needed to do something about it. I am very glad I came across this sitz bath.Operation of the sitz bath is really quite simple. The bath lays nicely over the toilet bowl. It fit my toilet bowl perfectly. From here, fill with warm water and, if desired, add bath salts of your choice. After the salts have fully dissolved, gently sit down in the water and turn the power on. The bath will produce gentle bubbles, which really seemed to help soothe my pain. Once finished, simply rinse and fold the sitz bath for storage. After several weeks of use, I have noticed that the pain has dissipated quite a bit, and I am no longer experience bleeding. I have also been taking stool softeners during this time to help prevent the fissure from reopening. I am so glad that my nagging fissure is finally healing, and it is for this reason that I would highly recommend this sitz bath!
