Great Fan
Everything I expected and more. I had it installed by an electrician so that helped but it provides a great amount of air flow both up and down. Well made with an intuitive remote. Great product.

Weather resistant, and move a good amount of air in high speed
I bought 2 of these for the back porch and they were a lifesaver. They move quite a bit of air. They aren't very loud, and they were pretty simple to install. They have been pretty resistant to the many types of south Texas weather.

Awesome Fans!
I spent a lot of time researching and contemplating what type fans to buy for my new outdoor space due to the humidity and heat in Mississippi during the summers. Through a lot of research, I settled on the Minka Aire H20 Extreme. I had them professionally installed by my contractor. The fans live up to all expectation and then some. For the reviewers that are complaining about not feeling any air flow, they must either have the fans mounted really high or not working properly because these fans move a ton of air! They are also whisper quiet when running even on the highest setting. The only noise is the wind generated by the fans. They are very stylish, efficient, and make the Mississippi heat disappear. My two fans are 10 feet off the ground and you can feel plenty of air movement even on the lower settings. Don't hesitate or think twice, these fans are just as advertised.

Outstanding outdoor fan
I bought one of these to install in a pergola on my back patio. I liked it so much I bought a second one. Although the pergola is nearly waterproof, I still wanted a fan that could handle bad weather. The Minka did this. The blades are plastic, the housing is sealed. It puts out plenty of air in multiple speeds, up and down. I added the light kit to each fan. The included remote meant I did not have to add electrical connections for a switch. I run both fans and lights from one controller, but I had the option to control them separately. Our daughter is jealous.
