It's a very good product those who need pure protein without sugars , although carbs are not reduced, , smell is fine , dissolves easily don't create lumps , texture is amorphous which is very goood , overall this is perfect product for non gym doers ...

Not for lactose intolerant but after few usage you'll be doing well with it .And it's a cheaper alternative of whey protein as it gives u 24g of protein in 70g heaping scoop . Though I prefer u to add cocoa powder so it taste good .Conclusion - if u are short in money go for it . And if u could spend few more buck than I'll prefer whey protein
