This blend is absolutely amazing, I would highly recommend it to anyone. Especially those who suffer with anxiety and depression, it just changes your whole mood and helps with motivation. I did try the lions mane on its own before hand, and it was too much for me. It worked wonders for me mentally, but it did upset my stomach, I had swelling and discomfort, I believe the dose was too high. This product is most definitely more suitable for me.

This Lion's Mane supplement felt like a good addition to my routine, though the price is more than I'd hoped. I'm currently trying it to see if it adds that bit of mental clarity or focus people talk about-there's some interesting science on Lion's Mane and brain health. Packaging was neat, capsules easy to swallow and the label lists 2000 mg per serving which is a strong dose compared to some lower-strength alternatives. However, because the cost is higher than many similar products I'm still deciding if the value adds up in the long term. So far I haven't noticed dramatic changes, but it's early days. I'll continue to use it for a few more months and then evaluate whether I'll stick with it. If you're looking for something premium and are happy to invest, it could be worth a try, but if you're after cost-effectiveness or only experimenting then you might want to compare a few options before committing.
