We were going on holiday and wanted to give our plants a chance of living while we were away.To start with there are no instructions or any real means I could find of a clue of how this all goes together, just a box full of different valves, etc.I looked on line and on Amazon but couldn't find anything other than a basic diagram, I have no idea of pressures or which pipe size should go at what point in the pipe, something of a guide would have helped massively.I tried so many combinations to attach the timer to my standard UK tap and whatever I tried it leaked, very worrying as we were away for over 2 weeks and you'd have to leave the tap fully on while we were away. This is not only bad for the environment and a complete waste of valuable water but potential to cost us a lot of money as we are on a water meter, imagine how much water we would lose on a tap fully open for over 2 weeks!!!I also tried many times to apply more and more PTF tape as you can see in the picture.Had to give up in the end, I guess you get what you pay for.Next year I will spend a bit more money and get a decent set up, I don't suppose I will get a refund as I have cut loads of pipe and used most of the bits.

The media could not be loaded. The product is generally good apart from one fundamental flaw that the top attachment on the controller leaks. it's a push on with an o ring and it just can't cope with the water pressure so constantly drips and not just a bit. can't find any supplier website help. looking for solutions as it took a while to set up and seems to work ok apart from this flaw.

Bought this, worked great. took a whole day to instal into a small garden. Timer is simple enough otherwise use. However, after 5 weeks the unit now leaks so much it's unusable, unless I want a water bill in the £1000's.The unit has a plastic part that screws to the outdoor tap, then the main unit is pushed over this with a retaining clip to hold in place. The plastic retaining clip is really insufficient to maintain the unit with the water pressure. Poor design. Will now have to spend another £30-40 on a replacement timer as I am not digging all this up and sending back only to get a replacement and spend a day re-installing the entire kit.Spend a few more £'s and get a decent set-up from the outset and look carefully at the attachments to the tap!

The unit would not program correctly

Worked to start with but now after the first time to start when it does work the timer doesn’t kick in for future settings, hence we returned from holiday to dead baskets and pots. Battery still love as that was first thought and if I reset the program it does work the first time but that’s it

The media could not be loaded. Everything you need is in the box and was able to zone different areas in the garden so they got watered at different times. The timer is a bit plasticky but you get plenty of kit for your money. Our water pressure is quite low at times, so thought it better to separate out the two areas, twice a day.On the whole it works but it constantly drips, not a huge amount, but every now and again it starts to pour out and doesn't switch itself off. I undo it all take the batteries out, reset it and sometimes that fixes it. Other times it takes a bit longer and keep repeating steps above many times and I have to have stern words with it.I am not confident to leave it on unchecked so I am constantly checking it throughout the day every day. Dont think I would leave it running if I went away on a short break as potentially could lose a lot of water.Did think about sending it back, but the thought of having to uninstall everything from the garden and package it up made me think otherwise. Didnt know how to contact the seller as the only option was a refund.If you are home all day and can keep an eye on the outside tap you can't go wrong with this. However if you are out at work during the day or planning to go on short break or holiday, not reliable enough for me.

When testing the irritation kit I noticed it leaks at almost every joint, no matter what I do or try it still leaks. Instructions wasn't very helpful on how to fix it so I will not recommend this product. Poorly made

Dieses Bewässerungs-Set ist sehr leicht zu installieren: Die Bewässerungsanker werden neben der Pflanze in den Boden gesetzt, der Schlauch auf die richtige Länge geschnitten und angeschlossen. „Richtige Länge“ heißt, außer an den Enden, den Abstand zwischen zwei Pflanzen. Alternativ lässt sich das auch als Hängevorrichtung zur Bewässerung von oben zusammenbauen.Das ganze kann dann über das entsprechende Verbindungsstück entweder direkt and den Wasserhahn angeschlossen werden, oder es kommt noch die mitgelieferte Zeitschaltuhr dazwischen.Das punktgenaue Bewässern spart dabei nicht nur Wasser, sondern hilft auch Unkraut, und ein kleines Stück weit Schnecken, im Griff zu halten, da die umliegende Erde trocken bleibt (bei Regen hilft das aber natürlich nicht).Dank der umfangreichen Zubehörs lässt mit diesem Set sich eine größere Fläche abdecken, und es können sogar zwei unterschiedliche Routen gleichzeitig bedient werden. Natürlich hat man den Erstaufwand der Installation, dafür aber auch hinterher kaum noch Aufwand mit Gießen.
