Karcher SC 1 Upright Steam Cleaner – Lightweight Handheld Steam Mop for Quick and Easy Floor and Surface Cleaning

I was really very happy with my steamer but all of a sudden stopt working within 15 days, just one day after the return date. No warranty it seems so lost 299 AED and have nothing. Safe to say I am very disappointed. I cannot believe this is a real Karcher because why only 15 days warranty? That's not normal.

Wish the water reservoir was bigger but other wise it is light, easy to use, simple to efficient design.

Does not do the results u hope for.. i went back to using normal mops from Valeda

Dear Customer Service Team, I purchased a Karcher SC 1 Upright Steam Cleaner, and although I have used it only a few times, it suddenly stopped working. Additionally, the product requires a cartridge replacement every four months, but I have not been able to find the cartridge available for purchase anywhere. I love this steaming mop

It was packaged well in quite a compact box. Unboxing and assembly was simple. The build quality is very good. Generally the unit feels sturdy. The handle isn’t as solid but I see no issues. Setting up the device is very simple. Install the anti-limescale cartridge, attached the pad and fill removable water tank. I really recommend using deionised water if you have hard water. Due to the size of the tank a 2.5l bottle from the supermarket will last a good while. The device performs really well. Floors come out really clean and dry very fast. The cable is on the short side but this isn’t really an issue for me. The tank is also small but again not an issue. Really do recommend!

Really happy with this mop. It's light, easy to handle and does the job it was intended to do.

Decent steam mop. Bought to replace the hand mop with squirting function. No chemicals needed. Just add water to reservoir. Easy to use. Wouldn’t manage large spaces, steam runs out quickly. Can manage a small kitchen floor then needs topping up before cleaning bathroom floor. Sturdy design.

I've had a fair few steam mops over the yrs. This is the flimsiest one I've ever tried. Very short power lead, handle feels like it will break, mop head cloth is very thin and poor quality. Tried it out, it's not up to the job imo. Sending it back.
