GHOST Whey Protein Powder, Cereal Milk - 2LB, 25G of Protein

My new favorite! Anytime i try other brands it always tastes nasty but this 2/2 on ghost!!! i started with the nutter butter and now im on this! Always keeps me full for a good couple of hours especially paired with protein. Always good and easy to mix with water!!! I don't do milk sorry but with water 2 scoops you are good to go! This is my powder version of the c0r3 power, and cheaper! Also its always smooth never gritty

I just gotta say, this is the best protein powder I've ever bought. Was it cheap? Nah. But the quality is definitely there. It's smooth, tasty, blends well, and fills me up.

I mixed this with room temperature water, one scoop there wasn't really any clumps, the taste tastes just like the name and the cinnamon you can smell as soon as you open the container, it's not bad, unfortunately with water it's not as thick as if maybe you use milk but depends on the consistency you're looking for... I do wish it wasn't as expensive... But it's protein powder🤷‍♀️ this is definitely a unique flavor and helps curb your sweet tooth, for me it's a little on the "too sweet" side but all in all not bad if you need a quick snack! However it is bioengineered (I didn't catch that when I was reading the label before I purchased, but not all of their flavors contain bioengineered ingredients.

Maybe you're like me and you aren't a complete gym rat, but just an active person who knows that carbs for breakfast (while delicious) just don't keep you full, and you can't stand being hungry all morning. I've been mixing this protein with 12 oz of cold milk in the morning, pretty much every day for a month now. I've noticed I'm bloated less often and feel lean more consistently. More importantly, I'm full until lunch time and don't get groggy or sleepy like I used to after a carb-filled breakfast of bagels or sweets. I haven't tried every protein that's out there but I've had enough to know how important it for your supplements to be enjoyable to drink. This protein powder is by FAR the best I've ever tasted. The chips ahoy flavor specifically: mixes easily in a shaker with milk (even semi-frozen milk), tastes great and maybe even more importantly does not have the consistency of wet concrete. A shake that has great flavor is still not going to be enjoyable to drink if it's overly thick and heavy. This stuff almost doesn't change the consistency of 2% milk at all, which for me is exactly what I want. I've tried the coffee flavor as well and it did not mix well into milk ever, and was extremely thick and foamy after shaking for ~60 seconds. Not nearly as enjoyable as the chips ahoy in my opinion. For some people the macros may not work, but as for me, I'll buy the chips ahoy and have it for breakfast as long as they keep making it.

This protein has definitely helped me with maintaining and building muscle along with regular workouts and exercise. The quality feels consistent and the tub was sealed properly. I’ve been using protein powders for a long time and this one stands out for being easy on the stomach. I don’t get the bloating or discomfort that I’ve had with some other brands, which is a big plus for me. The marshmallow cereal flavor is actually pretty good and not overly artificial. It mixes well with milk and has a nice balance where it’s flavorful but still drinkable. My only real downside is the added sugar. It’s not terrible, but I’d prefer if they lowered it a bit while keeping everything else the same. If they did that, this would easily be a 5-star product. Overall I’m happy with it and it’s one of the better whey proteins I’ve tried.

Great texture for mixing with yogurt. The primary issue is you will find your favorite flavor and they will discontinue it a few months later. The nutter butter flavor was exceptional, I bought 6 over the course of a few months. Next order it was gone. I pivoted to Count Chocula at the behest of another reviewer, bought 4 before it was discontinued. I've since tried Cinnabon and Cocoa Puffs and they both taste like poo from a butt. Tough goings.

GHOST has some of the best flavored protein powder I've ever had. I like to put a scoop of this in my blender bottle with some coffee. It almost tastes like I'm drinking a milkshake.

This taste great, not overly sweet and does taste just like coffee ice cream! I’m happy as this company was 3rd party tested with minimal ingredients yet effective protein intake

After trying 10–20 brands of protein powder, I can confidently state this is by far the worst WPI I’ve ever tried. It has an aftertaste that lingers for close to a full day, and the aftertaste alone was enough to make me dry heave multiple times throughout the day. The flavor is horrendous—I would describe it as moldy fruits mixed with cement, with a hint of sulfur. After getting 4–5 people to try it, every single one of them absolutely despised it. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I honestly don’t know how the dingus who made this WPI tasted it and thought, “Excellent flavor; I can really taste the disappointment.” Don’t buy this item unless your taste buds are irreparably damaged, why should I try another other Ghost Flavour when this one is so horrendous?
