There have been multiple times I've taken someone's temp in the dark and this makes it that much easier to not disturb those that are trying to rest while sick. I also have one of those infrared head reader types of thermometers, but I never know how truly accurate those are, I feel this is a more efficient way to get an accurate reading- which is so important to me when it comes to fevers in kids!
