Mixes well with water. It seems to be effective. Smells like any other protein powder would. I gave it 3 stars because of the taste. It taste HORRIBLE but, nobody drinks protein drinks for the taste, they drink them for the benefits.

This protein never disappoints.

I've taken this protein for years and I have no complaints. No stomach issues, no bloating, no bad taste (only purchase the chocolate fudge flavor). This time, though, there's no scooper in the container, so I have to actually weigh the portions —annoying. I ordered this on Amazon, but it seems that the driver stopped at a GNC store to buy it or something. I received it in a plastic bag from the actual GNC store — weird transaction I thought. Anyway, 3 star for not having the scooper and for making me waste half the powder looking for it.

Tasted awful hard to drink at least for me.
