I’d been looking at this for a while and kept putting it off, but after watching Bryan Johnson’s experiment video on the benefits of regular sauna use, I finally pulled the trigger and I’m really glad I did. Setup was easy and it heats up quicker than I expected. Once it’s going, it gets very hot and steamy and actually feels like a real sauna, not a novelty. The size is good too I’m about 5ft10 and fit comfortably and can easily stand up. I’ve mainly been using it after the gym or on long days, and it’s been great for relaxing and easing sore muscles. I’ve also noticed I’m sleeping better since using it regularly. One thing worth mentioning (as Bryan Johnson points out in his video) is that if you’re using saunas often, men should make sure to ice their bits during to prevent damage to quality. It's easy enough to clean. After use I throw the outer case into the washer on spin then leave it on the hanging line to air dry. Overall, it does exactly what I wanted and feels like good value. If you’ve been on the fence like I was, I’d say it’s definitely worth buying!

The portable sauna is small and easy to use at home. It warms up fast and makes you sweat nicely. You can fold it up and put it away when you are done. It helps you relax and can ease sore muscles. It is not as strong as a big sauna, but still feels good. It is a cheap and simple way to get sauna time at home.

Wife bought this for us. We didn't want to shell out on a spa or gym membership, just for blast of a sauna experience, so bought this portable steam room instead. First up. Its big enough. I'm a 6 foot bloke and about 20 stones ( don't judge!! Ha ha). The top of my head just touchs the roof. When our stool isn't in there, I can turn round if required, so I'm not "wearing it", I'm stood in it. Summary, its ok for us big lads. Its 4 stars because the little chair is naff. My considerable rump almost crumpled it!! Good job the gussett in my shorts held otherwise it could have been lost forever!! We use one of those medium sized, collapsable plastic kitchen stools, with a towel on it. Ideal. Fairly straightforward to put up. Diagram helps. Half filled the water tank from the hot tap and let it start boiling for a while. Opened the zip and climbed in, then zipped back up from inside. Steam doesn't leak out everywhere, so the design is good. Material seems robust enough. I have a garden thermometer in there. It doesn't quite get to 40 degrees, which is warm enough with the air being so humid. Get a good sweat on. I leave this built all the time. Not sure how it would fair being put up and down all the time. Its quite lightweight so it needs to be inside a building really. Could blow away if left outside. We have used it numerous times now and its still performing. Summary. Its big enough. Lots of steam. Does the job. Just what we wanted. Would we buy it again knowing what we know now?? Yes.

I absolutely love this portable sauna! It was super easy to set up, heats up quickly and produces a nice, consistent steam that makes you sweat and relax like you're in a spa. The size is perfect - roomy enough to sit comfortably and compact enough to fit in your home without taking up too much space. A great way to relax at home. Overall, great value for money.

Missing parts. Unusable. Ruined a surprise gift occasion.

I've seen these home saunas for a while and finally decided to give it a go (mainly after my friends suggestion). It arrived in a pretty small box - all neatly packed inside. You get everything what's needed - even foldable chair. Provided instructions booklet is easy to follow step by step - even for someone who never without experience. There's also video tutorial available. Poles which you connect to make frame feel thick and sturdy and there was no wobble when I put this quite tall frame together. Fabric used for cover is thick and nice to touch with nice square pattern. Best part is that's a full size sauna and my husband can stand using it without touching top or squatting. It's very large inside as it's almost 1m wide and deep so you can sit on included chair comfortably. Included cable was long enough to plug in to wall socket without need of an extension lead. Remote is responsive and saves you looking down for a button to change settings or turn it on/off. Best part is how you feel after using it - sweaty and relaxed. It's an effective alternative to normal sauna (and I don't have any in my area) and more practical as I can use it anytime I want. We left it in our guest room in the corner and both of us use it regularly now.

Im genuinely impressed with the Polar Home Sauna. It’s incredibly easy to set up literally takes just a few minute and folds away neatly when I’m done, which is perfect if you don’t have much space at home. For the price, it delivers fantastic value and gives you all the relaxation and recovery benefits of a sauna without needing a full installation. The steam output is great, and it heats up quickly enough to give a really soothing, calming session. It’s helped me unwind after work, eased muscle tension, and just become a really enjoyable part of my wellness routine. I also love that I can get the benefits of a sauna without spending thousands on a traditional wooden setup

If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Very poor, disappointed with the product, I was expecting better heat wise for a sauna. I would return if I had not used it.

it does not get near hot enough to be considered a "sauna"

I love mine. Every so often, the hoses have to be either cut around the connection or replaced because it gets melted off. Do it when it’s cooled down or you’ll get burned
