I don’t find this is particularly difficult to swallow but adding an equal amount of egg whites thins the drink and adds about 125 extra calories + about 25g of natural protein! I have recovered from the throat issue but I still need to avoid certain foods, so it is not possible for me to eat indiscriminately and gain my weight back from eating whatever.
