A: Vodafone, O2, Three and Giffgaff. If the watch does not recognise the SIM card of the MVNO you inserted, you can add the APN parameter of the operator to the watch to make it work properly.

**Q: How to set the watch to reject strange calls? / Why can't my child answer calls from contacts saved in the watch?**
A: Reject calls from strangers: imoo APP-More-Reject Unknown Calls. / Unable to answer calls from contacts: delete the extra 0 after the area code of the contact saved in "Watch's Contacts".

**Q: Why does the watch work normally when connected to Wi-Fi, but when using cellular data, it has no network?**
A: It indicates that the SIM card installed in the watch is not compatible with the watch. Adding the APN parameter of the SIM card operator might fix this. If not, please contact our after-sales staff for help in time.

**Q: How do I solve the problem when the watch says "SIM card locked. Insert into your phone to unlock"?**
A: Remove the SIM card from the watch and insert it into your mobile phone, go to Settings-SIM PIN and disable the SIM PIN, then remove the SIM card from your mobile phone and insert it back into the watch.
