I use it often and it works great with no side effects. gentle on the system and helps maintain regularity, no bloating or cramping. I've tried other colon cleanse supplements but this super cleanse works is excellent!

It works!
First time I've gotten relief in 24 hours without pain or nasty side affects. Took as directed, one inning the morning, one at night lots of water in between. Doing a 2nd day of it because I was extremely backed up and my system is super slow like molasses. Honestly surprised how well this worked I've got IBS-C.

I love these more than margaritas by the pool.
Ok I've been using these for YEARSSSSSSSS they're my favorite way to help me go .... because when you have to go but you don’t go ...... you need something that's going to help move things along without killing your stomach and making you cramp. This is that product. It's nothing instantaneous so if you're looking for something that's going to move things around within 10 minutes of you taking it - this is not the product. What this WILL do is let you go about your day without the fear that you can't travel far from home. Everyone's body is different and what works for one doesn't always work for another. I AM NOT A DOCTOR so this isn't medical advice but you need to figure out what works for you. I followed the directions on the back when I first started using this product about 15 years ago. Unfortunately, the schedule they give you on the bottle doesn't work for me. I take 2-3 pills at night and in the morning - boom. I'm good to go. If you've tried a million other things and have landed on this page by some "random" chance - try them. I don't think you'll be disappointed - just give it a few days to kick in before it turns into a regular thing.
