My delivery came quickly however when opened the product was obviously new but had no armrests. Also no instructions on how to assemble. It was difficult to contact seller direct, had to go through amazon, although they were ok when I did get in contact via email only. They sent some assembly instructions via email but to me it wasn't detailed enough and I was beginning to wish I'd never bought the thing. Eventually I got it sent back with a refund, it was all too difficult to assemble and communicate!
