Review: good If it lives up to its specs>> UPDATE ADDED 3/2/25 and 7/16/25>> update 2.6.26 - Update 2.6/26>> Used daily, Still going strong a great buy >>>UPDATED POST 7/16/25 >>....After substantial use at this point , I would rate it 10 stars !! It has plenty of torque about the same as you would use with a 3/8 manual ratchet. to the point where you would use the tool manually for maybe an extra 1/4 turn... I am very satisfied with this product... I hope they keep this 12 volt format available.. I find that the 20/24 volt models of this type tool are too bulky at the handle/ battery end. PREVIOUS POST >>> A product like this requires time for usage before a review is made. The function and durability will take some time to evaluate and I will amend the 5 stars if necessary. INITIAL EVALUATION >>> 1- Seams like a well made unit ...2- the specifications are better than most , (RPM ans Variable) 3- Two batteries ... I am not very fond of the type of charging . The charger plugs into a 120VAC receptacle and has a cord which plugs into a port on the battery. None of the "name brand" tool manufacturers use this type of system. To me it cheapens the tool. 4- The nylon carry bag is adequate but using it would have all the components bouncing all over each other . I took the foam insert from the shipping box and inserted it into the nylon bag and it keeps everything tight and secure . .. 5- I would rather they did not include sockets. Instead offer a better charger or case . I would bet that anyone buying this type of tool is not too concerned about sockets and most likely already has them.... So after I use this tool for a while , I will re-visit this evaluation. ..... Before buying I contacted the company... They were responsive and quick to reply . Also it should be noted that the unit has a 3 year warranty... We will see about the batteries and charger. The price was right, But I say that assuming the unit and charging system functions properly. UPDATE >>> 3/2/25 >> with minimal use so far, I have no complaints ... The tool is well made and has good torque and speed .. I am happy with the purchase >> As I use it more, I will leave another review.
Review: Amazing for the price - I've used it on a timing job and it was a life saver. Used on a few small jobs too. Best tool in my box. I hope it continues to hold up. Long battery life and the torque it pretty strong to remove average bolts. Update: 1 year later and still going strong. This tool makes every job 10 times easier. The long reach is so handy. Batteries are holding up great and I never have to switch batteries during a job. I use it for every bolt now. This thing can break small bolts so he careful.
