Thai food must have
If you love cooking Thai food, these are a must have. They give that authentic taste to many Thai dishes and round out the flavors well. High quality leaves are packaged well and stay fresh for a very long time. Simply soak them in some warm water to activate the leaves, then use them in your favorite dishes. They smell divine and I will be purchasing them again. Highly recommend, as these are a great value for the price.

When I want lime flavor to inhance a recipe,kaffir lime leaves powder is convient to have on the shelf. Sprinkle it in yogurt,toss it over roasted nuts and popcorn. I like to add it to my chatt recipe to brighten the citrus bite in fruit salads. The power is great to use in my savory seasoning blends. Its versitility goes way beyond Thai cooking. They have givin the world a great ingredient to add to their cooking. The package fits in my tupperware spice rack. I live in Chicago where I have access to Asian markets where I can get dried,fresh and frozen leaves. They are all usefull but the powder goes in recipes that leaves can't. This is a good source for value and convience.

Thai one one
I love making Thai food, and these lime leaves are great. You can make Thai food without them, but if you've ever had real Thai food, you might not know specifically what is missing, you just know that something is. It just might be this. I can't find this product in my grocery store, so I was happy to find it here. It has definitely made a difference in my Thai dishes. The leaves are easy to use and add a great flavor to your dishes.

I needed some to make panang curry and couldnโt find any fresh. Was easy to remove the center rib when adding the leaves to flavor the dish.

Kaffor Lime Leaves
If you cook South East Asian meals at home (from scratch) then there is a possibility that you need Kaffir Lime Leaves. They are not easily available even in an Asian specialty store. They are commonly used in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. It is a MUST HAVE in order to create certain authentic tasting meals.
