I've only been using it for a few weeks, but it seems to work just as well for me. I apply to my face, arms, & hands before bed and in the morning my 64 year old skin is super soft. Some people say its too harsh for face. I haven't experienced any facial irritation at all, however I do keep it away from my eyes. The SA in the lotion has somewhat improved the age spots and damage to my skin from laying in the sun on a foil blanket in the 70s.
