If you own the Piezano Pizza Oven (or probably any pizza oven) this book gives you dozens of great recipe ideas. I appreciated that the author included just dough recipes plus the full pizza recipes. Having just dough options gives you the option of fully customizing pizzas to your family's tastes of needs. Every recipe is well explained and easy to follow. The directions are thorough and do not miss anything. I also liked that the ingredient lists had measurements in both weight and volume. I enjoyed this book a lot.

Lots of good recipes. Unfortunately, had to sell the piezano as I didn't like the flavor of the pizza. It tasted chemically.

I bought the Piezano Pizza Oven and wanted additional recipes. This Cookbook is the perfect compliment to the Piezano Pizza Oven. It’s actually a “must have” if you own the oven or if you just love making pizza! Yes, I would absolutely recommend this cookbook!
