Kodiak Cakes Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie in a Cup, 2.36 Ounce (Pack of 12) (Packaging May Vary)

I thought I was getting a brownie flavor oatmeal cup but it's actually a dessert brownie! Very tasty but much too costly.

I absolutely live for these Kodiak cakes! I buy the cakes and the flapjacks. I had gastric bypass 14 years ago and I still have issues with lots of food so having these and substituting the pure protein shake as opposed to water or milk gives me even more protein. I use it to substitute a meal and it fills me up for hours. Some days I've even had 2. I was introduced to them from my sister who buys the big boxes of the pancake mix where she makes them for my niece and nephew who are very active in sports American Ninja warrior gym, lacrosse, basketball & soccer. They love pancakes and waffles and she doesn't want to give them something clean out of a box so she give some of this which fills them up and give some energy.

i dont know what that other review is about. doesnt taste like skunk at all. i ordered these by accident meant to order fudge but this was really good.soon as it comes out microwave scrape sides while moist to mximise all the food. if u leave it for a while it turns into a muffin pound cake type thing so u can leave it and pop it out the cup later...can i eat these every day?

I have ordered multiple other flavors, and all rose up to the edge of the cup when cooked. This flavor doesn’t. Sometimes, it only rises halfway up in the cup. It also had a bit of an aftertaste. I ordered the 12-pack. They aren’t so bad that I won’t finish them, and they do provide the protein I want, but not sure I would order again.

This review is specifically for the chocolate peanut butter version. The plain chocolate version is amazing and you need to buy it right now. I was excited to try the peanut butter version but I have regrets. Thankfully, all of the peanut butter chips settled on the bottom of the cup during cooking, so I was able to eat most of the cup without noticing anything unusual. But the peanut butter is horrid. It legitimately tastes like a skunk. And I'm stuck with a case of them... I successfully removed the peanut butter chips prior to mixing with water (pro tip: ALL of the chips in this are peanut butter chips, so don't spend time trying to scrape off the brownie mix from each chip to preserve any chocolate chips like I did). And use a little less water if you do this because it messes up the mix ratio and you will be left with a chocolate lava cake. Unless you're into that kind of thing, in which case I just gave you another pro tip.I recommend eating this (sans peanut butter) for breakfast at work and then you will suddenly really love going to work every day.

I’m n or even a brownie fan in all honesty but these are great and help me hit my protein goal for the day with a sweet treat
