BEYOND PERFECT!
I ordered this diary for my granddaughters 8th birthday and I couldn’t be happier. I had a hard time deciding which one to get from this company because they were all so cute! The detailing of the beading on the butterflies is beautiful! There’s maybe 9 different colors of beads on it! There’s also iridescent glitter on the rest of the design, but not the kind that comes off. I’ve rubbed it and Not a single sparkle came off. And the lock is so stinking cute too!! It’s a thick lock that’s also decorated with beads. I haven’t tried opening it because the keys are attached. There’s also a 1/8” light pink ribbon bookmark attached. And the pink pages are cute with a decorative border. I like this better than the diaries with stickers. I ordered a set of 4 cute pens on Amazon to go with the diary. I know she’ll love this set! I highly recommend it!

I give it a 3 because the lock was basic broke same day.. 9yr old very gentle with her stuff. But she really like the look and didn't want to exchange. . So we just put our own lock.
