When I chose to buy a scooter my number one preference was practically and affordability. I wanted a scooter that was a safe, versatile and affordable. The one that I was conflicted on was the speed, mph and distance because yes I wanted speed and distance, but I wanted something that was safe and budget friendly. I didn't want to get something that was too powerful, but Also not too slow. This scooter was the perfect balance and choice for me. At 28mph, I have good speed that will get me to my destination safely and in good times. I would recommend safety gear because it's fast and does have a learning curve with the throttle which can jerk, and bolt in sport until you learn the throttles sensitivity. My experience with this scooter I've been quite impressed by it in many ways. My daily commute is 7 miles in which it varies on the distance, throttle usage, and lighting usage. Sometimes I use 3 bars, sometimes 1 bar. It can lose up to 3 mph depending on the battery life but doesn't lose any power until 3 bare left. The scooter is very durable as I've crashed several times learning the throttle, lol, be careful, wear gear, helmet. The stem is a little tight in the beginning but losens up for much smoother riding. I've accumulated 800 miles in all weather conditions including snow, slush and ice which I wouldn't recommend. I've ridden this thing in heavy rain, minor floods, windy days etc. and it's still going stronger than ever. I am very pleased with this scooter and would highly recommend this scooter for anyone not looking to break the bank but still want a high quality premium deluxe machine, you won't be disappointed. This thing is awesome, fast acceleration, long distance, can handle most potholes in my area like a pro (except for 1, i hit this thing, at night and tore the tire out of the support arm and bent the part where the axle fits the frame). So tech support if ya out there where can i get replacement parts? Pics included ⬇️ Wana talk about weight capacity. . . Well I was doing a DYI home renovation and needed some concrete, went to the local hardware store and picked up 4 -40 lb bags of sakrete concrete mix, (160LBS + ME 150). wide base definitely a PLUS! Had the four bags balanced out good, total of 310 lbs full speed, lmao. I kinda looked like Jack Sparrow, standin tall not a care in the world. Worth every dollar, fun and exciting, safe and controllable. Brakes work amazing, lights are bright, blinkers, tail lights and head lights. I take this thing off road a bit, the water resistance A+, pneumatic,10 inch tires, A+ vs solid plastic which can't grip. Wish there was a little more room for the valve stem, its kinda short and i struggle to air up the tires sometimes. I customed it out with stickers, tool bag, cup holder, mirrors, its a blast! Excellent customer service! Parts shipped quickly to resolve an issues! A+ support team! Thank You!

Awesome scooter for the price! Lots of quality in this product. Only four stars because of the front suspension set up granted I took it off road into some local trails and off some trails up in b the mountains in New Hampshire. The rear end was coming lose it should have a bolt all the way through for the top ofbthe shocks in the rear. Not a huge problem. Butbthe front forks and tree stem setup dosent seem that it is going to last if I proceed to take on bumps.. I want to say the front forks are the only problem with this scooter if you want to take on any bumps if you are looking for a good scooter to get around town and a few off road relatively smoother trails and grass I would recommend this scooter. You cant beat the price forb this quality of a ride and its a nice looking build. Perfect wheel size battery has been grate and I've been riding it hard and pretty abusive trails. But there website has it advertised as off road but it should be advertised as light trail rated. I still love it but think it could use some upgrades with suspension and such if its advertised for off road. Front end is a lose setup

The turn signals the lights and horn are a lot of fun for my son. It goes really fast so a helmet always! Be safe out there riders!

We love the scooter. Disappointed we can’t get the tire and tube online as it’s foreign. Not sure if worth the $ to spend as hard to find replacement parts.

So far I made 200 km with it and it’s running like a champ. Very happy and easy to maintain. I struggle a bit with a flat tire (roads here and not maintained and people trash anywhere and anything) but I figure out after watching a video.. good product!
