Works great.
Gives a circular spray about 18-20" high. Great for a pond of 15 feet across. Not sure about the negative reviews. It's a solar powered pond fountain - of course it doesn't work in the shade! Just plug the cable into the panel and it goes.

Easy to install and Effective pond filter
We have an outdoor pond and needed good filter to keep it clean and flowing, but don't want the cost of getting an electrician to run wires to it- this POPOSOAP 55W Solar Pond Filter Kit with fountain pump just met my needs. The 55W of power solar panel provide enough power to make for vigorous pumping action. I'm using it for a small waterfall along with the fountain and it has adequate pressure for both. Water looks very clear. I can actually see the gold fish in the pond now. Easy to assemble just took 5’min. Highly recommend it.

Did not work despite solar panel in full sun
Unfortunately the pump and fountain did not work even though the solar panel was in full sun all day long. We tried using the pump in two different small ponds that are located in different spots. So the solar panel was moved too. It was always in the sun. But to no avail. I returned the item.

Missing parts
The pump arrived with about five parts missing. I contacted Poposoap, and they are sending the missing parts.

Perfect for our koi pond
I love that this pump uses solar energy so I don't have to worry about running a cord to it. It was super easy to set up in our koi pond and filters the water as described. The fountain looks beautiful and really adds to the ambience of our koi pond.
