I work out alot by a lot I mean 6 days a week and I will say this products taste is not the best but In terms of effectiveness it delivers a average amount of caffeine with double the amount of beta (this itchy stuff) and last for my whole 2 hour workout ... Hope this helps

Great stuff
I ran out of preworkout and this was all I could find at GNC. This stuff is amazing. Costs more than most preworkout I’ve used but has creatine in it already. Most preworkout I use two or three times the suggested dosage, but not with this. Almost never even use a full scoop. I’ve been getting really focused workouts with it. I’m a fan!

Too intense
I’ve taken pre workouts for the last 10+ years, I also am used to consuming a lot of caffeine… I took this pre out as the directions intended. Less than 5 minutes into my workout, I turned pale thought I was going to pass out and started vomiting. After throwing up a couple of times, I felt much better. I’ve never even thrown up during a hard workout much less after a pre workout drink… I think it’s too much, maybe a smaller serving would work for some people. I personally think it’s unsafe and can’t be good for someone to consume in the long run… also the product was lumpy and stuck together as if moisture got in. Packaging was cheap. I would go with a more well know brand. This was all around sketchy.

Just finished my usual functional fitness workout
BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT:. not worth it due to cost per serving. Better served with a lower priced offering and a good night's sleep the night before. OVERVIEW: For what it's worth I usually buy the more expensive brands from GNC and I didn't feel any noticable difference. I only tried this offering on a whim. It's pricey when you factor in the number of servings so for that reason I probably won't buy again. As someone who intently tracks workout intensity and sleep quality (Whoop band) I can say without question that the amount/quality of sleep you receive the night before has a greater impact on your physical performance the next day. Don't take my word for it. Pick a day where you plan to hit your recommended water intake, bed time, limit your blue light exposure near bedtime and cut off your caffeine intake after 2pm and plan your last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime. You will notice that even with water only you will workout harder than no doing those things and drinking any pre-workout. Since this review is about a pre-workout I have to at least say it's "good" but only about as good as everything else GNC offers in this price bracket. All the claims of magical ingredients/dosages might induce a change in the biochemical level but it doesn't translate into measureable performance gains. TASTE: I have the Sweet Tart flavor. If imagined water that was flavored like the Sweet Tart candy then that's exactly what this pre workout tastes like. I can't knock it because that's what they advertise. So from that perspective they get a 10/10. If you don't like the Sweet Tart Candy you won't like this. CHALKINESS: yes as others have pointed out it does seem to be more on the chalky side. My jar is nowhere near as bad as what some are reporting. The minimal clumps are easily broken up. I suspect the clumps are a result of the ingredients but more so due to the age of the product and storage conditions. They could have used multiple moisture absorbers to help alleviate this, but I still think it would have a tendency to clump. SOLUBILITY: since I didn't have much in the way of large clumps I had no issue with it fully dissolving when mixed with the recommended amount of water. No different than other "premium" pre workouts.
