Oh boy do I love this exact version of epsom salts and minerals but Dr Teals. The scent is THE BEST! And I feel the difference after a soak. Grandboys like it too, and they sleep so well after about 1/2 cup in the tub. Helps relieve my sore body, and definitely relaxes me!

Typical high-quality item from Dr. Teal's. This soak dissolves quickly and has a really pleasant scent - my current favorite and I've tried a lot of Dr. Teal's. I love a good soak when I'm stiff /sore and this Epsom soak takes it to another level.

I cannot say enough good things about this stuff. I’m a server and I walk an average of 8 miles a day. So when I get the time, you know this is in my routine. It works to relax the pain and smells good too. AND it’s cheap AND it lasts a long time.

This honestly saved me during my long runs. Legs would ache for days if i didn't have a bath with Dr Teals. When I did, I found the recovery rate to be far quicker. The salts dissolve easily, smell wonderful, really relaxing and are great value. Would definitely recommend to other runners.
