Will stretchy items like polo shirts, t-shirts, stretch pants... not stretch out? how do you prevent this from happening?

Dear Ms. Triebe, About the stretch, SA04 INOX prevents clothes from stretching out when ironing t-shirts, polo-shirts and stretch pants because the pressure is not too high and consequently there are no problems. In case of small clothing sizes - XS and S - we have a tank top style accessory which stops the dress shirt from enlarging. Our best regards, Eleonora Customer Care

Hi just checking professional mannequin sa04 inox ...... do the items of clothing have to be damp, can it steam dry clothes..... thank you

Good morning, We thank you for your interest in our professional products. For best results the shirts must be damp, it is possible to soften the dry shirt with a nebulizer spray, or in the SA19 model, the dry shirts can be ironed vertically using the steam brush supplied. We remain available for any further information. Best regards, Alessia Customer Care

Is this suited for a shop

Good morning, Thank you for your interest in our product. We need to know what do you mean for "Shop". Do you have a laundry service? or a clothing store? Waiting for your answer, we send you our best regards, Michela EOLO H&P

How long does it take to dry a shirt?

Good evening, This depends on how damp the shirt is and whether the shirt is heavy or light (for example a summer shirt); the times therefore vary from 5 to 10 minutes. In professional models times are reduced to 3-6 minutes. Best regards, Noemi
