Cheap, no instructions. Does not support thumb. I basically is a flat silicone piece that looks like bologna. You wrap it around and it sticks to itself. It may provide some wrist support but does not provide any thumb support what so ever.

No. Just no. When I received this, it really looked just like a pounded out chicken cutlet. And it stuck to everything- my clothes (it’s a great lint- collector!), the floor, my cat... just not to itself as far as it holding on. It stuck to itself just fine as far as being a pain in the butt trying to unwrap it, but as far as trying to get it to secure, it was like a cruel joke. When you’re in pain & need something like this, it’s just the most frustrating & disappointing thing ever. I didn’t bother to try to return it since it was an “add on item”, although I really should have, on principle ALONE. It’s one thing to get something non-essential that isn’t what you expect it to be (in a bad way), but again, when you’re in pain and purchase something that is presented to help, then not only does it NOT help but actually SUCKS- well, that just hurts my feelings. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this. It’s a piece of crap and a waste of time & money.

Isn't very supportive, hot and sweaty to wear, wouldn't adhere to itself after the 1st use (even when I wasn't sweating).

Works great, remember to wrap the back of your hand first then the palm...Bcuz it’s sticky, lots of small debris gets on it so I rinse it at night with water and place it on the dish rack to dry. It does help my wrists.

I was prescribed large black braces, with metal bars, velcro and little range of motion for day/night wear. Then I found these soft, comfortable wraps that gave me support and full range of motion! I used alcohol to clean daily. That also reactivates the stick.Only down side - no instructions provided for wear or cleaning.

Great idea but would not stick again after the first day. Had to return.

If I use it under another brace it works fine, but not on its own. Also picked up any newsprint from my books or newspapers. It is now so full of backwards words it looks horrible.

My wrist
