Decent camera, but does not record in STEREO as I was led to believe!
I wanted another STEREO Video Recorder, because my older BESTEKER video camera's stereo microphone stopped recording in Stereo, one of the microphones quit working. I thought this was a stereo camcorder, but it only records in MONO, not STEREO. Even though the microphone is a stereo microphone, it only records in MONO. Purchased another stereo microphone, but the CAMERA still does not record in stereo. The camera's video output is awesome, just wish it would record in STEREO. I have to separately remove the audio channel from my shot video and process the audio track into a stereo audiotrack which is more work than it's worth. However, I was considering returning it, but decided to keep it. Other than the STEREO issue, the camera performs well. The product description does not indicate whether it's STEREO or MONO, and when I asked a question about the product before purchasing, I was told it does record in STEREO directly from BESTEKER. The Camera Manual does state that the AUDIO TRACK is MONO, not STEREO though!
